Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses the GatheredPro website or submits information through our forms. It exists to keep the founding network trustworthy.

Do

• Describe your services and experience truthfully.
• Submit your own contact details, or those you are authorized to share.
• Keep submissions relevant to ministry events, worship, production, and related services.

Don't

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information.
• Send spam, bulk submissions, advertising, or automated form entries.
• Include unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent content.
• Upload or link to malware, phishing pages, or scams.
• Scrape, probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its database.
• Include another person's private information without their consent.

Enforcement

We may delete submissions, decline vendor interest, or block access at our discretion when this policy is violated. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.
