This policy describes exactly what GatheredPro collects today. The site is in pre-launch: the only data we collect is what you type into one of our two forms.

What we collect

Waitlist form:

  • Email address (required)
  • Full name (optional)
  • Whether you are a church/conference, a vendor, or both (optional)
  • Organization (optional)
  • City and state (optional)
  • The page of our site you submitted from
  • The date and time of submission

Vendor interest form:

  • Name, email, service category, city, and state (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • A free-text description of your work and experience (required)
  • The page of our site you submitted from
  • The date and time of submission

Free-text fields are stored exactly as you write them, so please do not include sensitive personal information you would not want us to hold.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment details, government IDs, or passwords. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking pixels on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Database access rules allow anonymous visitors to submit entries but not to read them; only authenticated GatheredPro administrators can view the records, through a password-protected internal admin page.

How we use it

  • To contact you about early access and launch updates
  • To review vendor applications as we onboard the founding network
  • To understand demand by region and category

We do not currently send automated confirmation emails. Any email you receive from us will be sent by a person on our team.

Cookies

See our Cookie Policy. The public site does not set marketing or analytics cookies; the internal admin area uses a login session stored in your browser.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions until launch or until you ask us to delete them. To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@gatheredpro.com from the address you submitted and we will action it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we begin collecting anything beyond what is listed above, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date.
